Privacy Policy

This policy covers getfarrah.com and the Farrah waitlist, run by Ravengate Technologies, LLC ("Ravengate", "we", "us"). The Farrah app isn't open yet. Before it opens, we'll post our full privacy policy here. We don't sell personal information.

1. What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• A scrambled version of your IP address, made when you join, so we can stop too many sign-ups from one place. We don't keep the IP address itself.
• Bot check: a security check looks at your browser to tell people from bots before a sign-up goes through.
• Support: what you send us at help@farrah.app.

2. How we use it

• To send you a confirmation when you join, your personal 30-day code when Farrah opens, and now and then news about Farrah's launch.
• To keep bots and spam off the waitlist.
• To answer your questions.

We don't use your information to show ads, and the waitlist never sends text messages.

3. Who helps us

We share information only with companies that help us run the website and the waitlist, and only what each one needs to do its job:

• Our database provider stores the waitlist.
• Resend sends our emails (Resend's privacy policy).
• Our website host serves this website, runs the bot check and forwards email sent to our addresses.
• Our help desk provider handles emails sent to help@farrah.app.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

4. Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising cookies, analytics or trackers that follow you to other websites. The bot check may use what it needs to do its job.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you leave the waitlist or ask us to delete it. Use the link in any waitlist email, or email us.

6. Your choices

Email help@farrah.app to see, correct or delete what we have about you. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you more rights, such as knowing what we collect and having it deleted. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever they live, and we'll answer within 45 days.

7. Children

Farrah is for businesses. If you believe a child under 13 gave us information, email us and we'll delete it.

8. Where it's kept

Information is stored and processed in the United States.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Before the Farrah app opens, we'll post the full privacy policy here.
